Astrid is offering half day and full day “team building” workshops.

The interactive exercises are all art based and will be beneficial in strengthening the structures of confidence in working as a team within the organization. They are designed to unlock the creative thought processes, within which, true creative problem solving will take place.

There are interactive exercises where participants will be working with different partners or in a group to create a work of art. The community spirit and a shared bonding experience will be encouraged. There will be lots of discussions on how to listen to each other, different gender ways to arrive at decisions and thinking outside the box.

There will be tips on de-stressing through yoga, music and meditation. The shared bonding experience along many tips and insights and a large finished communal work of art will be available to take back to the work place. This is a rich, invigorating and a truly rewarding experience not to be missed.

It is entirely your choice of whether you want to run it as a “fun event” with the focus on just making ‘art’ for your office, or to use the team building event to further highlight company slogans and beliefs etc.

The event needs to be booked 1-2 months in advance and half of the fee paid a week before the due date. I will travel to an overseas location, however these international events need to be booked at least 3 months in advance.
